While traveling from Geneva to Interlaken on a first-class train, a thief verbally abused us and spat on us. I would like to file a complaint with SBB. Could you please tell me the appropriate email address for this?

I’m very sorry to hear that. This is something SBB cannot directly control, but your report will certainly help others. The complaint link is correct. Strange that it doesn’t work! I tried as a Test and it went through.
