Danhiel Hello RBPacheco Usually seat reservations are not exchangeable and not refundable. If you also bought tickets with the reservations, it depends of the type of the ticket. You can try as indicated in the previous post, without any guarantee. Kind regards Danhiel
Tafunge25 This is not customer service. Try to contact SBB via the official channels as listed here. If you bought the seat reservation online with login, you might also be able to cancel them in the ‘bought tickets’ section after you log in (Your name -> Orders).
