We have just launched a poll to find out which symbol is best suited to indicate that a train is being taken out of service/parked.
Recently, it has become more common that passengers end up in the depot (where trains are maintained or stored) despite the on-screen instructions . This primarily means that these passengers need to be brought back. For our customers, this is inconvenient because it costs them time, and for us it represents additional effort.
