I had to cancel my train because my flight was delayed.

Could you please refund the CHF 11 cancellation fee?

This is not the SBB team, this is the SBB Community,

A flight delay is not considered a railway company failure, thus the railway company is not liable for it. The cancellation fee (or even a denied ticket cancellation) is justified in this case.

For security reasons, you should not post your e-mail address and other personal information on a public page.
