Not updated address on the month pass purchase receipt

Good morning.

I recently bought a month pass and I was sure I updated the address on the SWISSPASS, but unfortunately I did not and on the receipt there is the old address (I still have to get the new residence permit with the new address). Is it a problem or can I just change the address on the SWISSPASS? Thank you!

Thank you for your message.

You can change the address in your swiss pass customer account under sbb-tickets.cc/de/angebote/swisspass-karte. The address is not printed on the SwissPass card.

In case you have ordered a new SwissPass card to the wrong address, please call our contact center under the number 0848 44 66 88 (CHF0.08/Min.) to check if the card was sent back to us.
