I recently purchased two tickets on the SBB website — one Supersaver Ticket (domestic) and one Saver Offer International connected with SNCF Voyageurs, for a trip from Zurich to Strasbourg.
I noticed that I entered the wrong month in my date of birth by mistake. However, the day, year, name, and surname are all correct.
Do I need to request a correction or exchange for this small mistake, considering that one trip is within Switzerland and the other is international?
Also, is there any official document or reference that explains that such a case could be considered a minor typing error, so that the tickets remain valid?
