Saver Flex International Ticket Refund

Hello, I cannot find the information about Saver Flex International Ticket refunds. Specifically, can I cancel a Saver Flex International ticket going through Switzerland, France and Belgium within 30 minutes of booking in the SBB app and get a full refund?

I found that there is the 30-minute rule for travel within Switzerland, but does that apply to tickets booked for international travel?

saver offer Flex tickets cannot be refunded (even with the 30-minute rule). For international tickets, the fare will be refunded according to the tariff.
With saver offer Flex tickets, exchanges are generally possible up to one day before the first day of validity, but refunds are not possible. You can find the conditions on your ticket or here.

TatianaR thank you for the response, if I book a ticket at ‘regular offer’ level (not Saver), can I cancel and get a full refund later on if I change my mind? On an international journey.

Please check the ticket conditions; it is impossible to provide a definitive answer for all international tickets. You can also contact SBB as indicated above if you are not sure.
