Inquiry for refund of train tickets due to construction

Hello, I’m Hyunjun.
According to the mail I received in the picture below, I received an e-mail on November 30th that the EC 33rd train from Milan to Venice was suspended due to construction.
I would appreciate it if you could refund the train ticket from Milan to Venice because the train was not available due to unexpected construction.

You cannot obtain a refund because you can use another train from Milan as indicated in the mail. A refund is only possible if the planned delay is 60 minutes or more.

But note that this community is not the SBB customer service. You should contact the vendor of the ticket if you need more help.

You have both a ticket and a reservation. Tickets are for a route, reservations are for a particular train. If a train gets cancelled that does not invalidate your ticket, so you still have a Zurich - Veniec ticket, and the railways still have to transport you.

The normal procedure in case of disruptions in Italy is to go to the service desk at the station usually at the head of the platform.

In this case the railways have been a step ahead of you and have already informed you what train to take. That is an improvement. So just do that.
