no available parking spots at P+R

I have a P+Rail Annual Pass parking in Coppet gare. This morning the parking was full with absolutely no space available.
Where to park then? And how can I obtain reimbursement for the inconvenience and my 45 CHF+ public parking ticket downtown Geneva?
