Tafunge25 There could be a lot that has gone wrong: Most importantly: Did the payment succeed, i.e. was any money deducted from your banc account/alternative payment method? -> If not, the ticket was not successfully bought. You need to try again. Did you get a confirmation e-mail? -> If there was an error in sending the confirmation e-mail, the ticket is not bought and the money is not actually deducted from the payment method you chose. Note that it might show up as ‘reserved’ or thealike, but it will not cost you anything. In this case, retry and make sure you have the correct e-mail address. Were you logged-in while buying your tickets? -> If not, you only get the confirmation e-mail. You can not find them in your accound, even if the e-mail you used for buying was actually the same. There is no need and therefore also no method to import it, the QR-Code in the confirmation e-mail is sufficient. In the case you have a Halbtax, you will have to also show that, either with the physical Swisspass card or digitally in the SBB Mobile app.
