Good evening,
I bought 2 Trainline tickets from Pontresina to Buchs, which were supposed to be for December 25th. However, I thought the correct station was St. Morritz when I started the search. When making the payment, I didn’t realize I hadn’t deleted the St. Morritz section and ended up buying two tickets. The tickets are non-refundable, but since I noticed the mistake in less than 5 minutes, I ended up messaging Trainline. They said they would try to check the possibility of canceling with SBB, but now they are no longer willing to help. I would like to know if it is possible to cancel the tickets departing from St. Morritz or at least change the date of the tickets departing from Pontresina, from December 26th to December 25th.

Thank you in advance.
