Trains here cancelled between Lausanne and Geneva Airport today.
I had to go and come back the same day due to work. I had to take a taxi from Lausanne to Geneva airport 238CHF and another taxi from Geneva airport to Lausanne to take a train back and additional 160CHF taxi from Visp to Zermatt due to connection lost. No information what so ever at the information office. No replacement busses. How can I get a refund? 4,5 hour later than schedule back in Zermatt and 650CHF less in my pocket.
