Last week, I tripped in a hole in the pavement at my local SBB station and was seriously injured. I would like to ask for the pavement to be fixed, but I can’t find any contact information other than customer service. Can anyone tell me who I should contact?

All inquiries are treated by the customer service. It will then be forwarded to the department in charge.

Again: all inquiries are going through the hands of the SBB customer service. And yes, at the customer service there are more than 300 people working. I assure you, they are taking care of it.
