Last Friday I bought a ticket from Zürich HB to Geneva. The connecting train from Renens to Geneva was cancelled because of an accident involving people between Mies and Creux-de-Genthod. I could only get to Coppet. Is there a possibility of getting a partial refund? My refund request via the App was denied, because the journey was in the past.
