Late receive the ticket purchased in SBB website

Hi , my order number is 8000072622
I purchased the tickets on 3:35pm for 4:01pm ticket but only received it on 6:35pm. I have checked with the SBB counter staff on the spot, the staff said it was the website error. So i have purchased new tickets , and i would request for refund for this order number, thank you

Provided you have purchased the ticket from the SBB website, please contact SBB using this form:

If the counter staff confirmed the error (of which I have personally never heard as the tickets are displayed on the screen instantly, the purchase confirmation us sent by e-mail later), I wonder why they have not initiated the refund process themselves. If you have purchased it from Trainline or Klook, contact them for a refund.
