We are to seniors 70 and 73 respectively and purchased 2 Senior tickets on Nov 29, since we are coming from Florida,USA.
On Friday December 12th we arrived at the entrance in order to use the gondola back and for, unfortunately at 4.14 we were told that the rides were closedd 3 minutes ago, we were traveling with our 5 year old grandchildren, I dont have to tell how sad we were because of this.
After we travelled 2 hours from Vevey, we open the app and shows that operates from 8.00am to 5.30pm, very sad all the windows of ticketing were open,and I can tell you everybody was so attentive in our shorta vacation.

You know havind to paid 312.00 dollars for retired people and used the pass only for the train grom Geneva to Vevey, we got 1 month, but saddly we are leving on Saturday the 20th.
