Hello! I have a confusion regarding the travel cards. I purchased a Half Fare Travelcard (16–25 years) in October 2024. In October 2025, I wanted to extend its validity and I paid before the due date, without knowing that it renews automatically.
As a result, I paid for a Special Price Half Fare Travelcard, thinking that it was “special” because I am in my second year and that it had the same price of CHF 100 as the Half Fare Travelcard in the second year.
How can I now extend my Half Fare Travelcard without paying another CHF 100? I am also not sure whether the Special Price Half Fare Travelcard, purchased in 2025 while believing I was extending the card bought in 2024, offers the same discounts as the Half Fare Travelcard purchased in 2024.
I have also received an email stating that the services for both cards have been cancelled: the Half Fare Travelcard purchased in 2024 and the Special Price Half Fare Travelcard purchased in 2025. How could I resolve this confusion without having to pay any penalties?
