I bought an air rail ticket with Swiss. They announced a modification for the train, by email, asking for acceptance and I accepted (I am sure O did not get a refund). I got my flight but I could not find a valid ticket for the train among the many emails with many tickets I had received from Swiss (the agent said it indicates it had been refunded). I got fined (90F + fare of the travel). What was wrong? Can I get reimbursed?
