I am writing to request a refund for two passengers regarding specific segments of my upcoming journey on Friday, January 30, 2026.
I would like to cancel the following three segments for both passengers:
Grindelwald to Interlaken Ost (R 224, dep. 06:47)
Interlaken Ost to Spiez (RE 4211, dep. 07:29)
Spiez to Milano Centrale (EC 61, dep. 08:05, Coach 6, Seats 92 & 96)
Important Condition:
I would like to proceed with this cancellation ONLY if it can be done free of charge (without any refund or administrative fees).
If there is a fee associated with the cancellation, please DO NOT cancel the tickets and let me know the details first.
