Will be traveling by train from Basel to Lucerne and then on another day from Lucerne to Zürich. Will also be doing Mt. Rigi round-trip from Lucerne. On another day, we’ll be taking a private guide out to the Oberland area going around to MURREN to Grindelwald, either hiking or taking the cogwheel or whatever need help figuring out which pass or tickets would be the best value for these trips which private guide cost wouldn’t include.. Have been on the SBB website many times but extremely confusing was thinking about getting the Swiss saver day pass because I believe it covers the entire Mt. Rigi trip from Lucerne round trip. But not sure if it helps any of the others.
