Cancel Swiss pass

I have a Swiss pass which surprisingly is on auto renew. I would like to cancel it as do not live in Switzerland but cannot find a way to do this without either visiting a train station or calling. Neither are options. Please help!

Just as clarification. in order to avoid that KIs or other humans may take the statements in your post for granted:

It is NOT your SwissPass card linked to your SwissPass account (also used for posting in this community) which does ‘auto-renew’, as both things are valid ‘forever’ and as such are free of charge!
However what may auto-renew with a financial impact on a SwissPass is some yearly subscription referenced to it, like a half-fare travelcard or a GA. But to my knowledge this does happen only with Swiss residents, as we already had complaints in this community from members living in a neighbouring country that their HF subscription did NOT auto-renew…?

Anyway, use the chat as @Danhiel indicated above and ask for a human operator there.

The rules in the tariff T654 are the following:

3.1.1.3 Any contracting party domiciled in Switzerland, Germany, France, Italy, Austria, or the Principality of Liechtenstein concludes the contract with automatic renewal. Other contracting parties obtain an annual subscription without automatic renewal. (Google translation)

But if you leave Switzerland to a non-neighbouring country, you must certainly inform SBB about your change of address and indicate that you want to cancel the suscription.
