I purchased an international ticket as a guest (without logging in).
I later realized that I selected the wrong travelcard by mistake
(GA Travelcard instead of Swiss Travel Pass).
The ticket has not been used.
I have now created an SBB account with this email address.
I would like to ask if it is possible to retrieve my booking and request a cancellation or refund.
Travel date: 15 February 2026
Route: Luzern – Lille-Flandres
