unable to purchase tickets

I would like to submit a complaint regarding the online ticketing system.

I have already successfully purchased and paid for panoramic seat reservations for the Bernina Express (Pontresina – Chur, 9 February 2026). However, despite multiple attempts, I am unable to complete the purchase of the required travel tickets through the SBB website/app, as the payment is not accepted.

This issue is causing significant inconvenience, especially since seat reservations and travel tickets are mandatory and sold separately. I am also making this purchase from outside Europe (Panama), which may be contributing to the problem.

I kindly request assistance or an alternative way to complete the purchase.

Talt to your bank to see if your card supports 3D secure ID. Make sure to enter all information in full capital letters.

You can also purchase tickets from a 3rd party like Trainline. Or, wait until you are here and purchase your tickets from the machine or at the ticket office.
