I would like to submit a complaint regarding the online ticketing system.
I have already successfully purchased and paid for panoramic seat reservations for the Bernina Express (Pontresina – Chur, 9 February 2026). However, despite multiple attempts, I am unable to complete the purchase of the required travel tickets through the SBB website/app, as the payment is not accepted.
This issue is causing significant inconvenience, especially since seat reservations and travel tickets are mandatory and sold separately. I am also making this purchase from outside Europe (Panama), which may be contributing to the problem.
I kindly request assistance or an alternative way to complete the purchase.
