irsmith64 I have purchased a day pass tickets for 02 June and received my tickets through email with correct date. Bur when I logged into my account this is showing as 03 June. How can I get my account to be changed to the correct date?
RolandP Hello irsmith64 Greetings! When bought correctly, a day pass is valid from 02 June 00:00 to 03 June 05:00 a.m. Check what is indicated on the PDF ticket when using the print option. Kind regards, Roland
