Hello Issaqtrav
I am not rude? I am just trying to say, all is under control. You said you will post your message on multiple platforms, you seemed to be at a loss and in a hurry while there is no need to be so.
Simply ask us here what you can do and we tell you what you can do. And I told you, what you can do: there is a simple solution, just travel with the ticket that you have got. And, ticket inspectors (of who I am myself) are aware of this possible DOB issue with foreign customers.
You are also welcome to contact the SBB officials to cancel the tickets and repurchase:

Regarding the discussions that you have pasted:
The issue had been fixed in 2023, following long discussions in the SBB Community; it was us who identified the problem. It was then fixed yet the fix needed time as it was not easily reproducible.
Then, a few months later, or a year later, after an update, the bug had been reimported. But since the UI is currently undergoing a rework, and some parts are already online, it was decided no to tackle the issue any further. This, since it concerned a very small customer base, as the majority of the people uses the SBB Mobile app, not the website, anyway.
Btw, people answering here are all volunteer travel experts and experienced public transit users.
Cheers.
Kind regards,
Roland
