Joushannoo92 changing in visp how do I know if 1) i will be able to get on that specific train, and 2) whether we would have assigned seats?
1) Relax, you won’t be the only ones transferring in Visp to that Zermatt narrow gauge train on platform 3. In the unlikely event that train would be cancelled, your supersaver would also be valid on the following train (or replacement bus)
2) The only person having an assigned seat in that Visp - Zermatt train is the driver at the very front.
Avoid supersaver tickets just after a flight, otherwise your money is lost if missing the specific selected trains due to flight delays (= not railway related reasons).
