Dear SBB Customer Service,
I am writing to formally request information regarding a refund that was processed at the Chur Railway Station on December 29th, 2025, which has not yet been credited to my account.
Due to the overcrowding and service disruptions on the Tirano-Chur route, I had to purchase new tickets. At the Chur station office, the staff processed a refund for my original tickets. I was asked to sign a receipt for each ticket, but I was not provided with a copy, a transaction folio, or any physical receipt of the operation. I was informed that the money would be returned to the same Mastercard used for the purchase.
As of today, January 21st, 2026, the refund is still not reflected in my bank statement. My bank requires a Transaction Reference Number (ARN) or a Folio Number to track the funds.
