Purchased wrong date

Hello,

I purchased the wrong date for my train from Strasbourg to Lucerne. I am not sure how to exchange. I do have an account on SBB, but I am not able to locate my tickets via the account. The date I purchased is May 8th and I need May 7th. Is there anyone I can correspond with in order to mar the update? I live in the US and this is all new to me. Thank you.

Tickets are under sbb.ch > Login > Orders. Or, you should have the purchase confirmation in your e-mail inbox, too.

Please call SBB, from U.S.: 011 41 51 225 78 56 (24/7).

You do not need to purchase this ticket in advance, you could well do so once you are on-site.
