As mentioned in my previous reply, please contact SBB or seek for help in person with an agent at the SBB travel office.
As a rule of thumb, it is not possible to cancel the half fare card retrospectively, whose payment is overdue. A cancellation is only possible for the net renewal cycle.
If you think you have paid the half fare card, please provide them with payment confirmation from your bank.
