Refund request for international tickets

Dear SBB Support Team,

I am writing to sincerely request a refund for four international tickets (2 passengers for a round trip between Milano Centrale and Visp, Order: Order ID …………

As a traveler from Taiwan, I encountered difficulties navigating the booking system and mistakenly purchased these non-refundable “Smart” tickets while my itinerary was still being finalized. I now realize the strict conditions of these tickets, but as this is a significant expense for my trip (140 CHF), I would like to humbly ask for your compassion.

Would it be possible to make an exception and offer a partial refund, or perhaps a travel voucher (e-voucher) that I can use for my other train journeys in Switzerland?

I am a long-time admirer of the Swiss railway system and hope you can assist me with this request. Thank you very much for your time and understanding.
