Good morning,I am just writing this message to resolve an issue on my accidentally purchased a new Swiss pass instead of renewing the previous one, which made me recieve a debt collection bill today.I am sorry for the mistake and potential misunderstanding caused,that’s not my intention.As you could see from the purchase records,I bought a new one earlier on this year.I then called the SBB office and they said it might be able to canceled,but I should directly write a discussion here to be contacted directly by the related personnel. Therefore,may I `ask to cancel the debt collection bill,or I could be charged for the administrative or delayed fee please let me know if there are any updates.thank you very much and have a nice day.
