Dear everyone, did anyone ever try to extend a p+r reservation at Yverdon les Bains?
My reservation should be valid until 10.50 for the same amount of money (as that will be exactly 3days after the start of the parking), however I was supposed to come back earlier and booked it until 7.50 instead. I also made a reservation for the spot with the barrier until 9.50 (there was an issue with the app that caused the difference of 2 hours there).
Due to delays in the public transport, I will arrive at 9.58 and I tried to call SBB to ask for help as extending the reservation via the app keeps on giving an error. I am worried that the barrier will go back up while my car is still on the spot.
Unfortunately, SBB does not know much about the barriers and also do not have contact details so I can speak to someone who does know. Is there anyone that can help please?
