Good evening, I had just purchased Swiss Travel pass for 2 person which will starts on the 9th of April 2026 for 8 days.
Now decided to shorten it to 6 days pass.
How can I rectify this for now?
Do I have to cancel this purchase and re-purchase another one or your company can alter it to 6 days and get the difference it price and be refunded?
Please kindly give me some response ASAP.
