Dear SBB Customer Service Team,
I am writing to sincerely request a refund for a ticket I purchased incorrectly due to a date selection error.
I am planning my first-ever family trip to Switzerland and was booking tickets from Interlaken West to Basel. My intended travel date was February 19th, but I mistakenly selected February 17th.
To correct this mistake immediately, I have already purchased the new tickets for the correct date (February 19th). I have attached both the incorrect ticket (17th) and the new ticket (19th) to this email as proof of my genuine error.
The agency I used (MyRealTrip) informed me that the Interlaken-Basel segment is non-refundable, but as I have already paid twice for the same journey, this financial burden is very heavy for me. I humbly ask for your transition of the 17th tickets into a refund or travel credit.
