The SBB application should be streamlined and simplified. Whomever développed it, did not think of the “user”or had no SBB experience at all!
The application is complex, not user friendly. For example: I bought a day ticket. « My journey « shows the original travel plan despite I have missed the train, and there is no way to change it!
The only option for the traveler to follow his journey is to switch to google map.

How should the app ‘know’ or learn that you missed a train (or deliberately chose to take a later one)?
Of course there is a way to ‘change it’:

Delete the saved ‘my journey’ (optional, it will eventually delete itself after the arrival time)
Look up the connection you actually took (select a time in the past or drag the connection list down) and optionally save that one again as ‘my journey’

Hello Boork77

Try the “SBB Preview” app. This new function is now available, if your train is delayed and you miss the connection, you can choose another one and save it.

RedBaron this would be a good option, if “my yourney” could be deleted. Unfortunately, it cannot.
“My journey” should know my real location on the same way as google map or tpg.

Compared to what other railways in Europe offer the SBB app is probably the best. But you cannot please everyone…

Krist have you developped this application?
The aim is not to compare the application with other applications, but make sure the tool satisfies the needs of the travellers.
SBB is not a private company but financed by the Federation. Why to develop an application at high cost if it does not reflects the travellers needs?

It can… on the overview, simply tap the button with the 3 dots, then select <delete>

Think of the saved journey as a ‘snapshot’, not as a ‘filter’ (if using IT related terms).

The application has to be intuitive, easy to manage by the travellers of any age.
It is important that changes of the journey could be intuitively updated.
Making travellers “search” for unvisible bottons or menu points is not a good option.
Travellers dont have the time and the nerves to “search” when decisions needs to be made about the next connection , in minutes..
I dont say this to critise your work. I say this to ensure Swiss quality standards are met on a sustainable way.
The application is an fine start, but it has to be enhanced, in my views.
