I am trying to buy a Day pass for a person who is almost 16, I can’t do it as adult since the date of Bday is suggesting he can apply for a children one; when i do it for Children an error appears since the date of birth is before the date of travel. How do i contact the team to buy the day pass? Also do i need to make reservations to travel in an intercity train? Thank you

What kind of ‘Day Pass’ do you wish to purchase? There is no such product and we cannot guide you using an example.

I see your point. The issue is that the age check takes into account the actual age at the time of purchase and not the actual age at the time of ticket validity. The product page has been reworked recently, it seems that this use case was not considered by the developers. I reported it to SBB (POSP CS015494706); the issue appears on the website only.

I suggest you purchasing the Saver Day Pass using the SBB Mobile app. There, go to tab Shop & Services and select the Saver Day Pass from the Quick Access list.
