The order confirmation clearly states that “ In principle, transporting luggage from the station to the accommodation and vice versa is the
responsibility of the accommodation provider.”.
However the people of the hotel seem a bit uncertain about this.
Can someone confirm that, with the “Luggage Special (Gepäck Special), the hotel will pick up the luggage from the station and then bring it back to the station?
