I would like to file a complaint and request a refund due to an apparent booking error in the app.
I clearly selected the 15:15 train from Milano Centrale to Venezia Mestre (as shown in my screenshots). However, after payment, the ticket was issued for the 16:35 departure instead.
This is not the journey I selected, and the change seems to have happened during the booking process or confirmation step.

Since the issued ticket does not match my selected connection, I kindly ask you to review this case and provide a refund or correction as a goodwill solution.
I have screenshots showing the selected 15:15 connection before purchase.
