the additional cost (16 CHF) i paid from Brig to Domodossola

Hi yesterday i bought two people’s tickets to Milano from Brig, the total amount of the fee is 64CHF. but for such line, the fee from Brig to Domodossola is Zero, from Domodossola to Malino is 24CHF, two people is 48CHF, so why i need pay additional cost, 16 CHF( 64-48=16),
it is unreasonable and pls refund this 16 CHF.

We do not have a crystal ball. Without knowing what tickets you had, we cannot judge on the case.

How do you get to this conclusion? The service between Domodossola (I) and Brig is of course not free. In fact, a regular ticket costs 8.60 per person (half-Fare) or 17.20 for two people. So you even paid 1.20 less than if you bought individual tickets Brig - Domodossola and Domodossola - Milano.

What kind of train do you want to take? An Eurocity (EC) is more expensive than a regional train. With a valid ticket for Switzerland (e.g. Swiss Travel Pass, GA), 32 CHF is the regular price for EC. Or did you want a Saver Ticket and you forget to select it?

Regular ticket are refundable, but you have to pay a fee of 20%.

It would have been useful had you told us that up front. Did both persons have a GA? In that case the obvious solution would have been to just buy two tickets Domodossola - Milano as you did not need a ticket beyond that.

Did you indicate when buying that both persons have a GA?

Krist ok noted, yes, both of us all have the GA card at the moment of this purchase.
then how about the solution, normally the system shall calculate it more smartly, whether it’s possible to refund?

The GA card is not automatically taken into account when booking international fares as for some, the GA card is not giving any discount at all.
