I am planning to use your door-to-station luggage service and would like to clarify two points:
- Notification method: I understand that a specific time window for collection will be communicated the day before pickup. Could you please let me know whether this notification is usually sent by phone or email? Since I may be on a flight at that time and difficult to reach by phone, I would prefer to receive the information via email if possible.
- Pickup deadline: After the luggage arrives at the destination station, is there a free pickup period of four days? In other words, how many days do I have to collect the luggage?
