How can I change the dates of the skipass for the Snow’n’Rail combo

I purchased a Snow’n’Rail combo for Jungfrau ski region for 6 days.
The train travel is on 23/03/2026 and 30/03/2026
On the email of the ticket issued the ski pass validity is 23/03/2026 - 28/03/2026 (6 Days).

But I will arrive to Wengen at 8pm on the 23/03/2026. How can I change the ski pass validity to 24/03/2026 - 29/03/2026 (6 Days) to make sensible use of the 6 days?

Snow’n’Rail combo tickets are usually neither changeable nor cancellable. Please check with Jungfrau railways whether the ski pass can be changed:

I have been in contact with the SBB service team. They have asked me to use https://freizeit.sbb-tickets.cc/en/stories/snownrail to purchase a new skipass with the correct date, and they plan to refund the ski pass with the incorrect date. I’m currently waiting for the refund to land in the credit card account.
