I lost an Apple Watch on the IC3 (chur/basel) on Friday Feb 27th whilst arriving at Basel SBB at 21:26. I reported the loss online immediately and set the watch remotely to lost mode and added my phone number to the screen to call when found. I saw from the tracking that the watch was still on the train when it reached the service yard an hr later (see image) I then had a call from a cleaner on the train saying it’s been found. They then texted me and said it was handed to the ticket collector. This was 4 days ago now and the watch is not anywhere in the lost found? How long does it take for a staff member to hand something in for it to be in the system?
