I booked a snow n rail ticket with a two-day ski pass for this weekend but unfortunately got the ski pass dates wrong (I thought I was booking the dates of the whole trip). I was informed by e-mail from SBB that I could book a ski pass only, clicking on “Ticket available” to skip the train travel part, then send them the ski pass number and they would reimburse me the incorrect one. However, this option isn’t there. I’ve replied to their e-mail but haven’t heard back from them and it’s getting urgent! I’m not sure if they will accept a purchase from the Jungfrau website or at the resort. Hope someone can help me soon. Many thanks.
