I am using the timeframe calculation to determine when I need to drop off and collect luggage. I am adding the dispatch date for the morning we want to drop off the luggage at the station, however a message appears saying: registration is required by the day before. What does registration mean - is it the date and time by when we need to drop off the luggage, or is registration meaning we need complete a form and pay the fee on that day and the luggage can be dropped off the next morning?
Hoping someone can clarify.
A second question, we are considering send surplus luggage from Zurich to our end destination of Lugano. We will arrive in Lugano 3 days after the Luggage arrives. Is it okay to leave the luggage uncollected until we arrive?
