I booked a Snow’n’Rail ticket from Zurich to Flumserberg Tannenboden (+ski pass).
I noticed an error in the booking system: I selected the route from Zurich to Tannenboden and was therefore charged a higher price. However, I later read that the Unterterzen–Tannenboden section (SeeJet) is already included in the ski pass.
During the Snow’n’Rail booking process, it was possible to select Zurich–Tannenboden as the destination, which gave the impression that this section was not included in the ski pass. When booking a Snow’n’Rail offer, I should not be charged extra for the journey from Unterterzen to Tannenboden, even if I select Tannenboden as the destination. Only the Zurich–Unterterzen section should be charged.
Since I have effectively paid twice for the Unterterzen–Tannenboden section (a difference of approximately CHF 20), do you think I can get a refund for the difference. I sent a request to sbb but I hope they also fix it in the Ski&Rail offer so that there is no double paying.
