Dear SBB,
My son officially left CH on 31.12.25. He is traveling abroad for an undetermined period of time. Unfortunately, he neglected to cancel his automatic monthly payment GA subscription prior to leaving the country.
As of yesterday, the balance due was paid and the account is now closed.
How can I get a refund for the amount paid from 01.01.26 – 09.03.26?
