Here is the problem - the cards are in my account. I can see them. But I am in twice. In other words, I am in as the account holder, but then I have two co-passengers, one of which is me, with the half fare card, and one is my husband with his half-fare card. When i go to buy tickets, it shows at the top my name, with no travel card, and then the two co-passengers that have them. It’s okay - I can just select the two co-passengers each time. It has the half fare cards associated with them - it just looks strange to me because I am not a co-passenger, I’m the account holder.
