Had the tickets sent to my gmail.com account. Didn’t get the PDFs sent correctly.
Had them resent to my work account, the PDFs arrived as expected.
Tried to find a method of getting this entered into (I hope) your ticketing system (lol…see what I did there?) without luck.
Will see what happens now.
