Last Wednesday 11th march while traveling in the Train from Geneve Airport to Verbier, the train had to stop at Aigle because there was a broken-down train on the track and we couldn’t cross.
This meant we had to find alternative transportation, suffering a major disruption as we did not reach our destination.
Therefore, I want to file a claim and be compensated for the damages caused.
