I assume your case is beyond the SBB’s regular dunning process already. Consequently, that has become a serious issue.
You must have received a letter from the company responsible for the debt collection. SBB CFF FFS cannot do anything once the process has been initiated.
Please refer to the letter that was sent to your home place from the debt collection company. In the letter you can find the contact details and the way to settle the invoice.
